They are not afraid of work, in their labour we discover the triumph of the tenacity of the daily work. They are constant and tenacious. An example to follow for everyone who believes in himself, a demonstration that in thetener life it is not necessary to have great abilities or superpowers. Diligent, hardworking, industrious and dynamic
These small animals called honeybees (Apis mellifera) are arthropod insects belonging to the Hymenoptera whose main characteristic is to have membranous wings (from the Greek hymen and ptera, membrane and wing, respectively) and a complex social organization.

Together with the bees are the bumblebee (Bombus terrestris), which are their cousins, are also part of the group of aphids and necessary for the protection of the environment. The bee is a social animal that live in colonies. The number of bees in a hive depends on the time of year, in winter the population decreases a lot, but in summer the number of bees that inhabit a hive can reach 40,000.

In the bee colonies there are three types of individuals: worker bees, queen and drones, and all are necessary for the survival of the species.

Worker bees are the greatest group numerically in the hive. The intensity of the work determines its longevity . In a time of great work in the hive the worker bee can lives between 3 and 6 weeks. In summer they can live 2 months and in winter from 5 to 7 months.

Working bees that born in spring, live about 50 days, and those that born in autumn, spend in the hive the winter in the hope of giving them relief in the spring to their new companions.
The egg laying is performed by the queen bee, depositing an egg in each cell.

The process of eggs maturation will be different depending on whether the egg is queen (16 days), drone (24 days) or worker (21 days).
In the case of the worker bee, the first three days is in the form of an egg, to pass to larva until the eighth day, in which the cell is sealed until it becomes a pupa on the fourteenth day and finally born when it reaches the 21 days.
